AST4500 Multi-lock II
For twin cam and quad cam engines. A uniquely adjustable tool which locks into the teeth of sprockets to retain them ontiming marks during timing belt replacement/engine overhaul. ‘Acts as a second pair of hands’ ...helping to retain cam sprockets whilst you are positioning the timing belt around crank, injection pump or tensioner. Incorporates ‘variable pitch’ adjustable arms to cover various sprocket diameters and tooth pitch. Design feature also covers ‘flanged sprocket’ applications. Also suitable for ‘locking’ between cam and diesel injection pump sprockets on certain diesel engine applications.
